摘 要在基层治理精细化与公益服务数字化的发展趋势下传统社区志愿管理模式的弊端日益凸显。活动招募依赖线下渠道覆盖面窄且效率低志愿时长统计、人员技能匹配全靠人工易出现错漏居民需求与志愿资源也难以精准对接。在此背景下搭建数字化志愿系统成为优化管理、完善社区服务、激活公益生态的迫切选题方向。系统设计采用当前主流开发技术后端以IDEA为开发平台运用Java语言并结合SpringBoot框架构建核心架构。前端选用数据驱动视图的Vue框架开发用户交互界面同时借助微信开发者工具与uni-app框架完成小程序开发。该社区志愿活动系统结合实际的应用场景实现了三类用户角色分别是志愿者、社区以及管理员角色主要实现志愿活动、活动风采、活动报名等核心的功能。为满足社区志愿活动的实际需求本文从优化用户体验、升级系统性能等维度研究开发社区志愿活动系统着力简化志愿活动流程助力社区志愿活动高效开展全方位增强社区志愿者的参与获得感。关键词社区志愿活动小程序SpringBootVueAbstractWith the development trend of refined grass-roots governance and digitalization of public service, the drawbacks of the traditional community volunteer management model have become increasingly prominent.
